Prospective Vendors

INFORMATION FOR ART & CRAFT SHOW POTENTIAL EXHIBITORS:

We will need:
1. Your Name, Address, & Phone No. (and e-mail if you wish).

2. The name of the ARTIST OR CRAFTER, and the TYPE of CRAFT OR ART.

3. PHOTOS to illustrate your work.

4. PRICE ranges for your art or craft.

5. A LIST of some other shows you have participated in, including the most recent.

If you are selected for further consideration, we will send you an application which must be returned by September 1 with a $60.00 booth rental fee.

Booths are 10′ x 10′ and included 2 tables, chairs, one 300 watt electrical outlet (for display purposes only), and one parking pass.

Crafters are allowed to set up starting at 8:00 am on Friday morning of the show. Hour are normally 4-10:00 pm Friday, 10:00 am - 8:00pm Saturday, and Noon - 6:00 pm Sunday.

Fees, Taxes, and Commissions: In addition to your booth rental fee, we charge exhibitors a 15% commission on gross sales.
We also collect 6% sales tax. The commissions include the City of Charleston B&O taxes and fees.

All Lions working at the show are unpaid volunteers, and all of the net profits of the show are contributed to Charleston and West Virginia charities, schools and youth programs.
